How We Started & Where We’re Headed
Our journey began with a simple observation: most teams don’t fail because of lack of skill—they fail because people don’t know how to work together effectively.
Back in 2018, our founder noticed something troubling in Dutch organizations. Teams had talented individuals, but they weren’t communicating well. Conflicts would surface over small misunderstandings. Projects would stall because people weren’t clear on their roles. Decision-making became frustrating instead of collaborative.
That’s when Samenspel B.V. was born. We weren’t interested in the usual corporate jargon or buzzwords. We wanted to create something real—actual frameworks that help people understand each other, respect different perspectives, and achieve things together that they couldn’t achieve alone.
Today, we’ve worked with over 850 teams across the Netherlands.
